Outlook create mail template
Outlook allows you to create a mail template, also known as a "stationery" or "template", which can save you time and effort when sending repetitive emails. Here's how to create a mail template in Outlook:
Method 1: Using the "Stationery" feature
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then select "Mail" from the left-hand menu.
- Click on the "Stationery and Fonts" button.
- Click on the "New" button to create a new stationery.
- Enter a name for your template in the "Name" field.

Using a mail template
