Outlook embed picture in email body

To embed a picture in the body of an Outlook email, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Outlook Ribbon

  1. Compose a new email in Outlook.
  2. Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "Picture" button in the "Illustrations" group.
  4. Select the picture you want to embed from your computer or enter the URL of the image.
  5. Click "Insert" to embed the picture in the email body.

Method 2: Using the Outlook Keyboard Shortcut

  1. Compose a new email in Outlook.
  2. Place your cursor where you want to insert the picture in the email body.
  3. Press "Ctrl + V" to paste the picture into the email body.
  4. Right-click on the picture and select "Insert" to embed it in the email body.

Method 3: Using the Outlook "Insert Picture" Dialog Box

  1. Compose a new email in Outlook.
  2. Place your cursor where you want to insert the picture in the email body.
