Outlook how to see bcc in sent mail

By default, the "Bcc" (Blind Carbon Copy) field is not visible in the Sent Items folder in Outlook. However, there are a few ways to view the Bcc recipients in your sent emails:

Method 1: Enable the "Show Bcc headers" option

  1. Go to Outlook's Options (File > Options in Outlook 2010 and earlier, or Outlook > Options in Outlook 2013 and later).
  2. Click on the "Mail" category.
  3. Scroll down to the "Send" section.
  4. Check the box next to "Show Bcc headers".
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.

After enabling this option, you should be able to see the Bcc recipients in the "To" field of your sent emails.

Method 2: Use the "Message Header" view

  1. Open the Sent Items folder.
  2. Right-click on a sent email and select "Message Header" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Message Header" window, scroll down to the "Received" section.
  4. Look for the "Bcc" field, which should be listed below the "To" field.

Method 3: Use a third-party add-in

There are several third-party add-ins available that can help you view Bcc recipients in your sent emails. One popular option is the "Bcc Viewer" add-in, which can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store.

Note: Keep in mind that some email clients or servers may not support Bcc recipients or may strip them from the email headers. In such cases, you may not be able to view the Bcc recipients even after enabling the "Show Bcc headers" option.
