Prerequisites:

  1. You need to have Microsoft Office 2018 installed on your computer.
  2. You need to have Outlook 2018 as your email client.
  3. You need to have a Microsoft Word document (.docx) or a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) that contains the data you want to use for the mail merge.

Step 1: Prepare your data

  1. Open your Microsoft Word document or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and create a table with the following columns:
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Subject
    • Body (optional)
  2. Enter the data for each recipient in the corresponding columns.

Step 2: Create a new email

  1. Open Outlook 2018 and create a new email by clicking on the "New Email" button in the Home tab.
