Here's how to access the Outlook mail trace:
Method 1: Using the Outlook Web App
- Log in to your Outlook Web App account.
- Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
- Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Mail tracing."
- Click on "Start tracing" to enable mail tracing.
- You can then view the mail trace logs by clicking on "View trace logs."
Method 2: Using the Outlook Desktop App
- Open the Outlook desktop app and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then select "Advanced."
- Scroll down to the "Send and receive" section and click on "Delivery" tab.
- Check the box next to "Enable mail tracing" and click "OK."
- You can then view the mail trace logs by going to the "File" menu, selecting "Options," and then clicking on "Advanced" and then "Delivery" tab.
