  3. In the "Print" dialog box, ensure that the "Print" option is selected.
  4. Check the "Print options" section and make sure that the "Print headers and footers" option is unchecked.
  5. Click "OK" to print the email.

Method 2: Use the "Print as PDF" option

  1. Open Outlook and go to the email you want to print.
  2. Click on the "Print" button in the "Home" tab or press Ctrl+P.
  3. In the "Print" dialog box, select "Print as PDF" from the "Printer" dropdown menu.
  4. Choose a location to save the PDF file and click "Save".
