Outlook print mail
The classic "Print Mail" issue in Outlook!
When you try to print an email in Outlook, you might encounter issues such as:

Method 1: Check your print settings
- Open Outlook and go to the email you want to print.
- Click on the "Print" button in the "Home" tab or press Ctrl+P.
- In the "Print" dialog box, ensure that the "Print" option is selected.
- Check the "Print options" section and make sure that the "Print headers and footers" option is unchecked.
- Click "OK" to print the email.
Method 2: Use the "Print as PDF" option
- Open Outlook and go to the email you want to print.
- Click on the "Print" button in the "Home" tab or press Ctrl+P.
- In the "Print" dialog box, select "Print as PDF" from the "Printer" dropdown menu.
- Choose a location to save the PDF file and click "Save".
- Open the PDF file and print it using your preferred PDF viewer or printer.
Method 3: Check for add-ins
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then select "Add-ins" from the left-hand menu.
