Outlook save email as

In Outlook, you can save an email as a file in various formats, such as PDF, HTML, or MSG. Here's how:

Method 1: Save as PDF

  1. Open the email you want to save.

  3. In the "Save As" dialog box, select "PDF" as the file type.

Method 2: Save as HTML
