Outlook save email as
In Outlook, you can save an email as a file in various formats, such as PDF, HTML, or MSG. Here's how:
Method 1: Save as PDF
- Open the email you want to save.
- Click on the "File" menu and select "Save As".
- In the "Save As" dialog box, select "PDF" as the file type.
- Choose a location to save the file and enter a file name.
- Click "Save" to save the email as a PDF file.
Method 2: Save as HTML
- Open the email you want to save.
- Click on the "File" menu and select "Save As".
- In the "Save As" dialog box, select "HTML" as the file type.
- Choose a location to save the file and enter a file name.
- Click "Save" to save the email as an HTML file.
Method 3: Save as MSG
- Open the email you want to save.
