Check the Sent Items folder

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the Sent Items folder. It's usually located in the Folder Pane (left side of the screen) under the On My Computer or Local Folders section.
  2. Check if your sent emails are present in the Sent Items folder. If they are, you can simply drag and drop them to the Inbox or another folder to keep them organized.

Search for sent emails

  1. Press Ctrl + E to open the Search pane in Outlook.
  2. Type is:sent in the search box to search for sent emails.
  3. Press Enter to execute the search. If your sent emails are found, you can view them in the search results.

Check the Junk Email folder

  1. If your sent emails are not in the Sent Items folder, check the Junk Email folder. Sometimes, Outlook may mistakenly move sent emails to the Junk Email folder.
  2. Open the Junk Email folder and check if your sent emails are present.

Check the Deleted Items folder

  1. If your sent emails are not in the Sent Items or Junk Email folders, check the Deleted Items folder.
  2. Open the Deleted Items folder and check if your sent emails are present. If they are, you can restore them by right-clicking on each email and selecting Move to > Inbox or another folder.

Check your email account settings

  1. Ensure that your email account settings are correct and up-to-date.
  2. Check your email account's Sent Items folder settings to ensure that sent emails are being saved to the correct folder.

Recover sent emails from the Outlook database

  1. If none of the above steps work, you can try recovering sent emails from the Outlook database.
  2. Open Outlook and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
  3. Select Export to a file and choose Outlook Data File (.pst) as the file type.
  4. Select the Sent Items folder and choose a location to save the exported file.
  5. Open the exported file in Outlook to recover your sent emails.

If none of these steps work, you may want to try restarting Outlook or seeking assistance from your email provider's support team.
