Outlook web access gmail

Method 1: Using Outlook Web Access (OWA)

  1. Go to your organization's Outlook Web Access (OWA) login page. The URL is usually in the format https://outlook.<yourorganization>.com.
  2. Enter your email address and password to log in.
  3. Once logged in, click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear icon) in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click on "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Scroll down to the "Accounts" section and click on "Connected accounts".
  6. Click on "Add a connected account" and select "Google" from the list of available providers.
  7. Enter your Gmail address and password to connect your account.
  8. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Method 2: Using Gmail's IMAP settings

  1. Go to your Gmail account settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the Gmail page and selecting "See all settings".
  2. Click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
  3. Enable IMAP by selecting the "Enable IMAP" checkbox.
  4. Note down the IMAP settings: imap.gmail.com for the incoming server and smtp.gmail.com for the outgoing server.
  5. Go back to your Outlook Web Access (OWA) login page and log in.
  6. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear icon) in the top right corner of the page.
  7. Click on "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.

  9. Click on "Add a connected account" and select "Other" from the list of available providers.
  10. Enter the IMAP settings you noted down earlier: imap.gmail.com for the incoming server and smtp.gmail.com for the outgoing server.
  11. Enter your Gmail address and password to connect your account.
  12. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Once you've connected your Gmail account to Outlook Web Access (OWA), you'll be able to access your Gmail inbox, send emails, and manage your contacts from within OWA.
