Outlook.com mail settings

Here are the common mail settings for Outlook.com:

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):

• Server: outlook.office365.com
• Port: 993
• Encryption: SSL/TLS
• Username: Your Outlook.com email address
• Password: Your Outlook.com email password

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

• Server: smtp.office365.com
• Port: 587
• Encryption: TLS
• Username: Your Outlook.com email address
• Password: Your Outlook.com email password

Additional Settings:

• Authentication: Use the same username and password for both incoming and outgoing servers.
• Leave a copy of messages on the server: You can choose to leave a copy of your emails on the server or delete them after downloading.
• Check for new messages every: You can set the frequency at which your email client checks for new messages.

IMAP Settings:

• IMAP Path Prefix: \Inbox
• IMAP Subscribed Folders: You can choose to subscribe to specific folders, such as Inbox, Sent Items, and Deleted Items.

SMTP Authentication:
