Pause button gmail
You're looking for a way to pause or delay sending an email in Gmail!
Gmail has a feature called "Delay Send" that allows you to schedule the sending of an email at a later time. Here's how to use it:
- Compose your email as usual.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom of the compose window.
- Select "Delay Send" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the delay time from the dropdown menu (options range from 1 minute to 24 hours).
- Click "Schedule Send" to confirm.
The email will be sent at the scheduled time, and you'll receive a notification when it's delivered.
Alternatively, you can also use third-party browser extensions or add-ons to pause or delay sending emails in Gmail. Some popular options include:
- Boomerang: A popular browser extension that allows you to schedule emails, remind you about unread messages, and more.
- Sanebox: An email management tool that can delay sending emails, as well as help you manage your inbox and reduce clutter.
- SaneBlackHole: A browser extension that allows you to delay sending emails, as well as delete or archive them.
Keep in mind that these third-party tools may have their own settings and limitations, so be sure to check their documentation before using them.
