In New York City, you can pay tolls by mail for the following bridges and tunnels:

1. Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA): This includes the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge (formerly the Triborough Bridge), the Queens-Midtown Expressway, and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
2. New York State Thruway Authority: This includes the Thruway (I-87, I-90, and I-287) and the New York State Canal System.

To pay tolls by mail, you'll need to:

1. Obtain a bill: If you didn't receive a bill or missed the payment deadline, you can request a bill from the TBTA or NYSTA.
