Periksa email format
Here is a general outline of the format for an email:
Subject Line
- A brief summary of the email's content (usually 5-7 words)
- Should be concise and descriptive
From
- The sender's email address (e.g. [email protected])
- The sender's name (e.g. John Doe)
To
- The recipient's email address (e.g. [email protected])
- Multiple recipients can be separated by commas (e.g. [email protected], [email protected])
CC
- Carbon copy: recipients who should receive a copy of the email, but are not the primary recipients (e.g. [email protected], [email protected])
BCC
- Blind carbon copy: recipients who should receive a copy of the email, but their email addresses will not be visible to other recipients (e.g. [email protected])
Date
- The date and time the email was sent (e.g. Monday, March 21, 2023 10:45 AM)
Body
- The main content of the email, including:
- Introduction or greeting
- Main message or purpose of the email
- Supporting information or attachments
- Closing or signature
Attachments
- Files or documents that are sent with the email (e.g. PDF, Word document, image)
Signature
- The sender's name, title, and contact information (e.g. phone number, physical address)
