Why use Post Redirect to?

- Changing your business address and need to redirect mail and packages to your new premises.
- Going on a long trip or vacation and want to ensure that your mail and packages are held or redirected to a trusted person or location.
- Need to redirect mail and packages to a different address due to a change in circumstances, such as a divorce or separation.
How to use Post Redirect to
To use Royal Mail's Post Redirect to service, follow these steps:
- Choose the type of redirection: You can choose from three types of redirection:
- Temporary Redirection: Redirect mail and parcels for a specific period (up to 12 months).
- Permanent Redirection: Redirect mail and parcels indefinitely.
- One-off Redirection: Redirect a single item or a batch of items to a new address.
- Fill in the redirection form: Complete the online form or download and print the PDF form. You'll need to provide the following information:

- The new address you want to redirect mail and parcels to.

Important notes
- Post Redirect to is only available for mail and parcels sent within the UK.
