Post santa letters royal mail

The magic of sending letters to Santa Claus!

In the UK, Royal Mail is the official postal service that handles letters to Santa Claus. Here's how you can post your letters to Santa:

When to post: You can post your letters to Santa from November 1st to December 10th. After December 10th, Royal Mail will no longer accept letters to Santa.

How to post: To post your letter to Santa, follow these simple steps:

  1. Write your letter to Santa Claus, North Pole, and make sure to include your return address.
  2. Place your letter in a stamped envelope addressed to: Santa Claus, North Pole, ARCTIC CIRCLE, XM4 5HQ
  3. Affix a 1st Class Large Letter stamp (currently £1.15) to the envelope.
  4. Post your letter at a Royal Mail postbox or at a Post Office branch.

What happens to your letter: Royal Mail will sort your letter and send it to a special team at their Birmingham Mail Centre, where it will be answered by a team of volunteers. The answers will be sent back to you, usually by December 23rd.

Tips:

Special Santa stamps: Royal Mail releases special Santa-themed stamps every year, which you can use to post your letter. These stamps are available from November 1st and can be purchased at Post Office branches or online.

Digital Santa letters: If you prefer, you can also send a digital letter to Santa using Royal Mail's online service. Simply visit their website, fill in the form, and upload your letter. Royal Mail will then send a digital response to your email address.

Remember to post your letter to Santa early to ensure it arrives at the North Pole in time!
