Protonmail invite tracker
A popular topic!
ProtonMail is a secure email service that offers free and paid accounts. When you sign up for a free account, you can invite friends to join the service. However, the invitation process can be a bit tricky, and it's easy to lose track of who you've invited and who hasn't responded.
To help you keep track of your ProtonMail invites, I've created a simple tracker for you:
ProtonMail Invite Tracker
Invited Users: (list of users you've invited)
- Username | Email | Status | Date Invited
- ____ | ____ | ____ | ____
- ____ | ____ | ____ | ____
- ____ | ____ | ____ | ____
- ____ | ____ | ____ | ____
Notes:
- You can add or remove users from this list as needed.
- The "Status" column can be updated to reflect the user's response (e.g., "Pending", "Accepted", "Declined", or "Not Responded").
- The "Date Invited" column helps you keep track of when you sent the invitation.
How to use the tracker:
- Copy the table above and paste it into a note-taking app or spreadsheet.
- Fill in the information for each user you invite, including their username, email, and status.
- Update the status column as you receive responses from the invited users.
- Use the tracker to keep track of who's still pending, who's accepted, and who's declined.
Tips:
- Make sure to keep your invites organized by using a consistent format for the table.
- You can also use this tracker to keep track of your own ProtonMail account activity, such as sending and receiving emails.
- If you're having trouble keeping track of your invites, consider using a spreadsheet or note-taking app with a built-in table feature.
I hope this simple tracker helps you stay organized and on top of your ProtonMail invites!
