The Quarterly Federal Tax Return (Form 941) is used to report an employer's federal income taxes, Social Security taxes, and Medicare taxes withheld from employee wages, as well as the employer's share of Social Security and Medicare taxes. Here's where to mail your quarterly Form 941:

Important:
- Make sure to use the correct mailing address based on your employer's mailing address.

Electronic Filing:
- You can also file your Form 941 electronically through the IRS's Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) or through a tax preparation software provider.
