Recall mail in OWA:
To recall a sent email in OWA, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Outlook Web App account.
- Click on the "Sent" folder to view your sent emails.
- Find the email you want to recall and click on the three vertical dots next to it.
- Select "More actions" and then "Recall this message".
- Choose the recall option you want to use:
- "Delete unread copies of this message" will delete the email from the recipient's inbox.
- "Delete unread copies and replace with a new message" will delete the email and replace it with a new message.
- Confirm that you want to recall the email.
Note that the recall feature may not work if the recipient has already read the email or if they have a different email client that doesn't support recall.
