Regmail settings

Regmail is a feature in Gmail that allows you to set up custom email addresses and routing rules for your organization. Here are some common settings you can configure in Regmail:

  1. Domain settings: You can set up your organization's domain name in Regmail, which allows you to use custom email addresses (e.g., [name]@yourcompany.com) and enables domain-based routing rules.
  2. Routing rules: You can create custom routing rules to forward emails to specific team members or departments within your organization. For example, you can set up a rule to forward all emails with a specific subject line or keyword to a specific team member.
  3. Address mapping: You can set up address mapping to map custom email addresses to specific team members or departments. For example, you can set up an address mapping to forward all emails to [name]@yourcompany.com to a specific team member.
  4. Catch-all addresses: You can set up catch-all addresses to forward all emails to a specific team member or department. For example, you can set up a catch-all address to forward all emails to [name]@yourcompany.com to a specific team member.
  5. Email forwarding: You can set up email forwarding to forward emails from one email address to another. For example, you can set up an email forwarding rule to forward all emails from [name]@yourcompany.com to [name]@gmail.com.
  6. Email filtering: You can set up email filtering to filter emails based on specific criteria, such as subject line, sender, or recipient. For example, you can set up a filter to forward all emails with a specific subject line to a specific team member.
  7. SAML SSO: You can set up SAML SSO (Security Assertion Markup Language Single Sign-On) to enable single sign-on for your organization's email accounts.
  8. Two-factor authentication: You can set up two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your organization's email accounts.
  9. Email aliases: You can set up email aliases to forward emails from one email address to another. For example, you can set up an email alias to forward all emails to [name]@yourcompany.com to [name]@gmail.com.
  10. Custom email addresses: You can set up custom email addresses for your organization, such as [name]@yourcompany.com, and enable them to be used by team members.
