Report fraud email to gmail

If you receive a suspicious or fraudulent email in your Gmail account, you can report it to Google using the following steps:

  1. Open the suspicious email in your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  3. Select "Report spam" from the dropdown menu.
  4. If the email is not spam but you believe it's fraudulent, select "Report phishing" instead.
  5. You can also select "Report as abuse" if the email contains explicit content or is harassing you.
  6. Google will then take action on the email, which may include deleting it, blocking the sender's email address, or reporting it to the relevant authorities.

Alternatively, you can also report fraudulent emails to Google using the following methods:

  1. Forward the email to [email protected]. This will help Google's spam filters to learn about the fraudulent email and take action against it.
  2. Use the Gmail app on your mobile device to report the email. Tap on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email, select "Report spam", and then select "Report as phishing" or "Report as abuse".
  3. If you're using a Gmail account on a computer, you can also report the email by clicking on the "Report" button at the top of the email window.

It's important to report fraudulent emails to Google as soon as possible to help prevent others from receiving similar emails.
