Resend email outlook 365
To resend an email in Outlook 365, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Resend an email from the Sent Items folder
- Open Outlook 365 and go to the Sent Items folder.
- Find the email you want to resend and right-click on it.
- Select "Resend" from the context menu.
- Outlook will recreate the email with the same subject, body, and attachments as the original email.
- You can modify the email if needed before sending it again.
Method 2: Resend an email from the original email
- Open Outlook 365 and find the original email you want to resend.
- Right-click on the email and select "Forward" from the context menu.
- In the "Forward" window, select "Resend" instead of "Forward".
- Outlook will recreate the email with the same subject, body, and attachments as the original email.
- You can modify the email if needed before sending it again.
Method 3: Use the "Resend" button in the email composition window
- Open Outlook 365 and compose a new email.
- In the "To" field, enter the recipient's email address.
- In the "Subject" field, enter a new subject or select "Use original subject" to keep the original subject.
- In the "Body" field, enter a new message or select "Use original message" to keep the original message.
- Click the "Send" button.
- In the "Send" window, click the "Resend" button instead of "Send".
- Outlook will recreate the email with the same subject, body, and attachments as the original email.
Note: When you resend an email, the original email will be marked as "resent" in the Sent Items folder.
