Returns via royal mail

A very British phrase!

"Returns via Royal Mail" is a common phrase used in e-commerce and online shopping to indicate that a product can be returned to the seller using the postal service provided by the Royal Mail, which is the UK's national postal service.

In other words, if a customer wants to return a product, they can send it back to the seller using a Royal Mail service, such as First Class or Second Class post, and the seller will be responsible for processing the return and issuing a refund or replacement.

This phrase is often used in product descriptions, return policies, and customer service communications to inform customers of the process for returning a product and to provide them with a convenient and cost-effective way to do so.
