Rewoke mail in 2014 outlook

A blast from the past!

To rewoke mail in Outlook 2014, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook 2014 and go to the "Mail" folder.
  2. Click on the "Recover Deleted Items" button in the "Home" tab of the ribbon.
  3. In the "Recover Deleted Items" dialog box, select the date range for which you want to recover deleted items. You can choose from the following options:
    • "Today"
    • "Yesterday"
    • "Last 7 days"
    • "Last 14 days"
    • "Custom" (allows you to specify a specific date range)
  4. Click "OK" to start the recovery process.
  5. Outlook will search for deleted items in the specified date range and display them in the "Recover Deleted Items" dialog box.
  6. Select the items you want to recover and click "OK" to move them back to your mailbox.

Note: The "Recover Deleted Items" feature only works for items that were deleted within the specified date range. If you deleted an item more than 14 days ago, it will not be recoverable.

Alternatively, you can also use the "PST File" method to recover deleted items in Outlook 2014:

  1. Close Outlook 2014.
  2. Go to the location where your Outlook data file (PST) is stored. The default location is usually "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook".
  3. Look for the PST file with the same name as your Outlook profile (e.g., "Outlook.pst").
  4. Right-click on the PST file and select "Restore" (or "Recover" in some versions of Windows).
  5. Follow the prompts to restore the PST file to its original location.
  6. Open Outlook 2014 and go to the "Mail" folder. Your deleted items should now be recoverable using the "Recover Deleted Items" feature.

Remember to always back up your Outlook data regularly to prevent data loss in case of accidental deletion or corruption.
