Royal mail arrange a redelivery

If you need to arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail, you can do so in a few ways:

Online

  1. Visit the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and click on "Track a parcel" or "Track a package".
  2. Enter your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to find your parcel.
  3. Click on "Redeliver" and follow the prompts to arrange a new delivery date and time.

  1. Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
  2. Provide your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to the customer service representative.
  3. Ask to arrange a redelivery and provide a new delivery date and time.

In-branch

  1. Visit your local Royal Mail post office or delivery office.
  2. Take your parcel and tracking number with you.
