Royal mail arrange a redelivery
If you need to arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail, you can do so in a few ways:
Online
- Visit the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and click on "Track a parcel" or "Track a package".
- Enter your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to find your parcel.
- Click on "Redeliver" and follow the prompts to arrange a new delivery date and time.
Phone
- Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
- Provide your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to the customer service representative.
- Ask to arrange a redelivery and provide a new delivery date and time.
In-branch
- Visit your local Royal Mail post office or delivery office.
- Take your parcel and tracking number with you.
- Ask the staff to arrange a redelivery and provide a new delivery date and time.
Note: Redelivery is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Royal Mail may also require a signature upon delivery.
