The frustration of missing a delivery!

If you've missed a delivery from Royal Mail and want to arrange a redelivery, here's what you can do:

Option 1: Online Redelivery

  1. Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on "Track a parcel" and enter your tracking number.
  3. If your parcel is showing as "Out for delivery" or "Delivery attempted", you'll see an option to "Reschedule delivery".
  4. Choose a new delivery date and time that suits you.
  5. Confirm your new delivery details.

Option 2: Phone Redelivery

  1. Call Royal Mail's customer service team on 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
  2. Provide your tracking number and the reason for missing the original delivery.
  3. Ask to arrange a redelivery for a specific date and time.
  4. Make sure to note down the new delivery details and any reference numbers provided.

Option 3: Visit a Post Office

  1. Take your parcel to your local Post Office and show your tracking number.
  2. Inform the Post Office staff that you missed the original delivery and would like to arrange a redelivery.
  3. They'll help you reschedule the delivery for a new date and time.
