Royal mail com/redelivery
A common issue!
If you're trying to access the Royal Mail Redelivery service, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Royal Mail website: www.royalmail.com
- Click on the "Track a Redelivery" button at the top of the page.
- Enter your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to access the tracking information.
- If your parcel is eligible for redelivery, you'll see a "Redeliver" button. Click on it.
- Choose a new delivery date and time that suits you.
- Confirm your new delivery details.
