Royal mail com/redelivery

A common issue!

If you're trying to access the Royal Mail Redelivery service, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Royal Mail website: www.royalmail.com
  2. Click on the "Track a Redelivery" button at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to access the tracking information.
  4. If your parcel is eligible for redelivery, you'll see a "Redeliver" button. Click on it.
  5. Choose a new delivery date and time that suits you.
  6. Confirm your new delivery details.
