Online Method:

  1. Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and log in to your account.
  2. Click on "My Royal Mail" and then "Contact Us" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Call Redirect" section and click on "Apply for Call Redirect".
  4. Enter your old phone number, new phone number, and the date you want the redirection to start.
  5. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Click "Submit" to complete the application.

Phone Method:

  1. Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
  2. Ask to speak to a representative and explain that you want to redirect your old phone number to your new number.
  3. Provide your old phone number, new phone number, and the date you want the redirection to start.
  4. The representative will guide you through the process and confirm the redirection.

Cost:

The cost of Royal Mail's Call Redirect service is £20.00 for a one-off payment. This fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel the redirection.
