Royal mail post to santa
The tradition of sending letters to Santa Claus through the Royal Mail!
In the United Kingdom, the Royal Mail has a special service called "Write to Santa" that allows children (and adults!) to send letters to Santa Claus at the North Pole. Here's how it works:
- Write your letter to Santa Claus, telling him about your wishes and hopes for Christmas.
- Address the envelope to "Santa Claus, North Pole" and make sure to include your return address.
- Take your letter to a Royal Mail post office and ask the staff to send it to Santa using the special "Write to Santa" service.
- The Royal Mail will then sort your letter and send it to Santa's special address at the North Pole.
The Royal Mail has a special team of elves who work hard to respond to all the letters they receive. They use a special reply service, which means that you'll receive a response from Santa himself, usually in the form of a letter or a special gift.
Here are some tips to make sure your letter reaches Santa:
- Make sure to use a stamp and address the envelope correctly.
- Be sure to include your return address so that Santa can write back to you.
- Keep your letter short and sweet - Santa is very busy!
- You can also include a small drawing or picture to make your letter more special.
The Royal Mail's "Write to Santa" service is available from mid-November to December 10th each year. After that, the letters are sorted and responded to by Santa's elves.
So, get writing and send your letter to Santa today!
