If you're having trouble receiving a parcel or package from Royal Mail, you can request a redelivery through their website or by contacting their customer service team. Here's how:
Online Redelivery Request:
- Go to Royal Mail's website (www.royalmail.com)
- Click on "Track a parcel" and enter your tracking number
- If your parcel is showing as "Out for Delivery" or "Failed to Deliver", you can request a redelivery by clicking on the "Redeliver" button
- Follow the prompts to select a new delivery date and time
Phone Redelivery Request:
- Call Royal Mail's customer service team on 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm)
- Provide your tracking number and the reason for the redelivery request
- They will arrange a new delivery date and time for you
In-Person Redelivery Request:
- Visit your local Royal Mail Delivery Office (find your nearest office on Royal Mail's website)
- Take your parcel and tracking number with you
- Explain to the staff that you'd like to request a redelivery
- They will arrange a new delivery date and time for you
