Royal mail redelivery parcel
The frustration of a missed delivery!
If you've missed a parcel delivery from Royal Mail, don't worry! Here are the steps to follow to arrange a redelivery:
Option 1: Online Redelivery
- Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and click on "Track a parcel" at the top of the page.
- Enter your tracking number (found on the parcel or in your email confirmation) and click "Track".
- If the parcel is showing as "Out for delivery" or "Failed to deliver", click on the "Redeliver" button.
- Choose a new delivery date and time that suits you.
- Confirm your details and the redelivery will be arranged.
Option 2: Contact Royal Mail Customer Service
- Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
- Provide your tracking number and the reason for the missed delivery.
- The customer service representative will assist you in arranging a redelivery.

- If you're not available to receive the parcel, you can ask a neighbor or friend to accept it on your behalf.
