Safelisting Gmail!

Safelisting Gmail means adding Gmail to your email client's "safe senders" or "whitelist" list. This allows emails from Gmail to bypass your email client's spam filters and land directly in your inbox.

Here's how to safelist Gmail on popular email clients:

Gmail (Web)

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "See all settings."
  4. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on "Create a new filter."
  6. Enter "from:google.com" in the "From" field.
  7. Click "Create filter."
  8. Select "Apply the label" and choose "Not spam."
  9. Click "Create."

Outlook (Web)

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "View all Outlook settings."
  4. Go to the "Mail" tab.
  5. Scroll down to the "Junk email" section.
  6. Click on "Safe senders."
  7. Enter "google.com" in the "Add a domain" field.
  8. Click "Add."

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to "File" > "Options" > "Safe Senders."
  3. Click "Add" and enter "google.com."
  4. Click "OK."

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "More settings."
  4. Go to the "Filters" tab.
  5. Click on "Add filter."
  6. Enter "from:google.com" in the "From" field.
  7. Click "Add filter."

AOL Mail

  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "Settings."
  4. Go to the "Spam" tab.
  5. Click on "Add a sender."
  6. Enter "google.com" in the "Add a sender" field.
  7. Click "Add."

By safelisting Gmail, you'll ensure that emails from Gmail (including notifications, updates, and other important messages) reach your inbox without being flagged as spam.
