Schedule email delivery outlook

In Outlook, you can schedule email delivery to send an email at a later time or date. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the "Delay Delivery" feature

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Options" button in the "Tags" group of the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Delay Delivery" in the "More Options" section.
  4. Select the date and time you want the email to be sent from the calendar.
  5. Click "OK" to save your changes.

Method 2: Using the "Send Later" feature (Outlook 2013 and later)

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the "Tags" group of the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Send Later" in the dropdown menu.
  4. Select the date and time you want the email to be sent from the calendar.
  5. Click "OK" to save your changes.

Method 3: Using the "Rules" feature

  1. Go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on "Rules" in the "Move" group.
  3. Click on "Manage Rules & Alerts" in the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on "New Rule" in the "Rules and Alerts" window.
  5. Select "Start from a blank rule" and click "Next".
  6. Choose "Delay delivery by a number of minutes" and click "Next".
  7. Enter the number of minutes you want to delay the email and click "Next".
  8. Choose the email account you want to apply the rule to and click "Next".
  9. Name the rule and click "Finish".

Note: The "Delay Delivery" feature is only available in Outlook 2010 and later versions. In earlier versions of Outlook, you can use the "Rules" feature to achieve similar results.
