The convenience of Apple Mail!

To send an email later in Apple Mail, you can use the "Send Later" feature. Here's how:

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Instead of clicking "Send" immediately, click on the dropdown menu next to the "Send" button.
  4. Select "Send Later" from the menu.
  5. Choose a specific time and date from the calendar that appears.
  6. Click "Schedule" to schedule the email to be sent at the chosen time.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Delay Send" feature to send an email at a later time. To do this:

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Hold down the "Option" (⌥) key while clicking on the "Send" button.
  4. A dropdown menu will appear with the option to "Delay Send".
  5. Choose a specific time and date from the calendar that appears.
  6. Click "Delay Send" to schedule the email to be sent at the chosen time.

Note that the "Send Later" feature is only available in Apple Mail on macOS, and not on iOS devices.
