Send later for apple mail

The "Send Later" feature in Apple Mail!

To send an email later in Apple Mail, follow these steps:

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Instead of clicking "Send" immediately, click on the "Send Later" button that appears.
  4. Choose a specific time and date from the calendar that appears.
  5. Click "Schedule" to schedule the email to be sent at the chosen time.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Delay Send" feature in Apple Mail to send an email at a later time. To do this:

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Delay Send".
  3. Choose a specific time and date from the calendar that appears.
  4. Click "Delay Send" to schedule the email to be sent at the chosen time.

Note that the "Send Later" feature is only available in Apple Mail on Mac, and not on iOS devices.
