To send an email on behalf of a shared mailbox in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "From" field

  1. Open Outlook and go to the shared mailbox folder.
  2. Compose a new email by clicking on the "New Email" button.
  3. In the "From" field, select the shared mailbox name from the dropdown list.
  4. Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field.
  5. Write your email message and click "Send".

Method 2: Using the "Send on Behalf" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the shared mailbox folder.
  2. Compose a new email by clicking on the "New Email" button.
  3. In the "From" field, enter the shared mailbox name.
  4. Click on the "Send on Behalf" button in the "From" field dropdown list.
