ShoreTel Voicemail Access!

To access your ShoreTel voicemail, you'll need to follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the ShoreTel Phone

  1. Lift the receiver or press the speakerphone button on your ShoreTel phone.
  2. Dial *98 (or the voicemail access code set by your system administrator).
  3. Enter your voicemail password (default is usually "1234" or "0000", but this may vary depending on your organization's settings).
  4. Follow the prompts to listen to your messages, delete messages, or record a new message.

Method 2: Using the ShoreTel Web Portal

  1. Log in to the ShoreTel Web Portal using your username and password.
  2. Click on the "Voicemail" tab.
  3. Enter your voicemail password (same as above).
  4. You'll be taken to your voicemail inbox, where you can listen to, delete, or record new messages.

Method 3: Using the ShoreTel Mobile App

  1. Download and install the ShoreTel Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Launch the app and log in using your ShoreTel username and password.
  3. Tap on the "Voicemail" tab.
  4. Enter your voicemail password (same as above).
  5. You'll be taken to your voicemail inbox, where you can listen to, delete, or record new messages.
