ShoreTel Voicemail Access!
To access your ShoreTel voicemail, you'll need to follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the ShoreTel Phone
- Lift the receiver or press the speakerphone button on your ShoreTel phone.
- Dial *98 (or the voicemail access code set by your system administrator).
- Enter your voicemail password (default is usually "1234" or "0000", but this may vary depending on your organization's settings).
- Follow the prompts to listen to your messages, delete messages, or record a new message.
Method 2: Using the ShoreTel Web Portal
- Log in to the ShoreTel Web Portal using your username and password.
- Click on the "Voicemail" tab.
- Enter your voicemail password (same as above).
- You'll be taken to your voicemail inbox, where you can listen to, delete, or record new messages.
Method 3: Using the ShoreTel Mobile App
- Download and install the ShoreTel Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet.
- Launch the app and log in using your ShoreTel username and password.
- Tap on the "Voicemail" tab.
- Enter your voicemail password (same as above).
- You'll be taken to your voicemail inbox, where you can listen to, delete, or record new messages.
Tips and Tricks:
- Make sure you're using the correct voicemail access code and password.
