Sign up gmail priority inbox

To sign up for Gmail's Priority Inbox, follow these steps:

Note: Priority Inbox is no longer available as a separate feature in Gmail. Instead, Gmail uses a similar feature called "Inbox with Priority" which is enabled by default for most users. If you want to disable it, you can do so by following the steps below.

Enable Inbox with Priority (if you haven't already):

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "Inbox" tab.
  5. Look for the "Inbox with Priority" section and make sure the toggle switch is turned on (blue).

Customize your Priority Inbox settings:

  1. If you want to customize your Priority Inbox settings, click on the "Configure" link next to "Inbox with Priority".
  2. In the "Priority Inbox" settings page, you can adjust the following settings:
    • Priority Inbox: Turn this feature on or off.
    • Priority Inbox categories: Choose which categories you want to prioritize (e.g., "Important", "Unread", "Starred", etc.).
    • Priority Inbox filters: Set up filters to automatically prioritize certain emails (e.g., emails from specific senders or with specific keywords).
