Skype voice mail

Skype voicemail is a feature that allows you to leave a voice message for someone who is not available to take a call. Here's how it works:

Receiving a voicemail:

  1. When someone calls you on Skype and you're not available to answer, they can leave a voicemail message.
  2. The voicemail message will be recorded and stored in your Skype account.
  3. You'll receive an email notification with a link to listen to the voicemail message.

Listening to voicemails:

  1. Log in to your Skype account on the web or mobile app.
  2. Click on the "Voicemail" tab in the top navigation menu.
  3. You'll see a list of all your voicemail messages, including the caller's name, date, and time.
  4. Click on a voicemail message to listen to it.

Managing voicemails:

  1. You can delete voicemail messages by clicking the "Delete" button next to each message.
  2. You can also mark voicemail messages as "Unread" or "Read" to keep track of which ones you've listened to.
  3. Skype also allows you to forward voicemail messages to other Skype users or save them to your computer.

Voicemail settings:

  1. You can customize your voicemail settings by going to the "Settings" menu in your Skype account.
  2. Under "Voicemail", you can choose to receive voicemail notifications, set a voicemail greeting, and more.

Voicemail greeting:

  1. You can record a custom voicemail greeting by clicking the "Record a greeting" button in the "Voicemail" settings.
  2. You can choose to record a greeting in your preferred language and set it to play automatically when someone calls you and you're not available.

Overall, Skype voicemail is a convenient way to stay connected with others even when you're not available to take a call.
