  3. You can also add specific senders or domains to the Whitelist (allowed) or Blacklist (blocked) by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

Managing Spam

  1. To view your spam folder, go to Mail > Spam (on Mac) or Spam (on iOS).
  2. Mark spam emails as Not Junk to train the filter to recognize them as legitimate.
  3. Report spam emails as Junk to help improve the filter's accuracy.
  4. Empty the spam folder regularly to keep your inbox organized.

Tips to Improve the Spam Filter

  1. Keep your email account's password and login information up to date.
  2. Regularly update your operating system and Apple Mail to ensure you have the latest security patches.
  3. Be cautious when clicking on links or downloading attachments from unknown senders.
