    • Move to spam: Move the email to the spam folder.

Step 4: Manage your spam folder

  1. Spam folder: You can choose how you want to manage your spam folder. You can select from three options:
    • Keep spam emails in the spam folder: Leave the spam emails in the spam folder.
    • Delete spam emails: Delete the spam emails immediately.
    • Move spam emails to the trash: Move the spam emails to the trash folder.

Step 5: Whitelist and blacklist

  1. Whitelist: You can add senders to your whitelist, which will ensure that their emails are not marked as spam.
  2. Blacklist: You can add senders to your blacklist, which will ensure that their emails are marked as spam.
