Spam mail settings for outlook

Here are the steps to set up spam mail settings in Outlook:

Method 1: Using Outlook's Built-in Spam Filter

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab.
  2. Click on the "Junk Email" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Click on "Junk Email Options" to open the Junk Email Options window.
  4. In the Junk Email Options window, you can adjust the following settings:
    • "Safelist Senders" - add specific senders to the safe list.
    • "Block Senders" - add specific senders to the block list.
    • "Level of protection" - choose from Low, Medium, or High.
    • "Trustworthy senders" - add specific senders to the trustworthy list.
  5. Click "OK" to save your changes.

Method 2: Using Outlook's Safe Senders and Blocked Senders Lists

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab.
  2. Click on the "Junk Email" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Click on "Junk Email Options" to open the Junk Email Options window.
  4. In the Junk Email Options window, click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  5. Click on "Add" to add specific senders to the safe list.
