Starred definition in gmail
In Gmail, a "starred" message is a way to mark a specific email as important or notable. When you star an email, it is flagged with a yellow star icon () and is moved to a separate section at the top of your inbox, making it easy to find later.
Here are some ways you can use starred messages in Gmail:
- Mark important emails: Star important emails that require your attention or action, so you can easily find them later.
- Create a to-do list: Star emails that need to be followed up on or completed, and use the starred section as a to-do list.

To star an email in Gmail:
