Start mailbox assistant

To start the Mailbox Assistant, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Microsoft Outlook App

  1. Open the Microsoft Outlook app on your device.
  2. Click on the "Mail" tab at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on the "Mailbox" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Select "Mailbox Assistant" from the dropdown menu.
  5. The Mailbox Assistant will start and begin processing your emails.

Method 2: Using the Microsoft Outlook Web App

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Microsoft Outlook Web App (OWA) website.
  2. Sign in to your Outlook account.
  3. Click on the "Mail" tab at the top of the screen.
  4. Click on the "More" menu (represented by three dots) at the top-right corner of the screen.
  5. Select "Mailbox Assistant" from the dropdown menu.
  6. The Mailbox Assistant will start and begin processing your emails.

Method 3: Using the Windows Taskbar

  1. If you're using a Windows device, you can also start the Mailbox Assistant by searching for "Mailbox Assistant" in the Windows search bar.
  2. Click on the "Mailbox Assistant" result to open the app.
  3. The Mailbox Assistant will start and begin processing your emails.
