Surewest email settings on my computer

To set up your SureWest email account on your computer, you'll need to configure your email client with the correct settings. Here are the steps for popular email clients:

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
  2. Click on "New" and select "Manual setup or additional server types".
  3. Select "Internet E-mail" and click "Next".
  4. Enter the following settings:

    • Email Address: Your SureWest email address (e.g., [yourname]@surewest.net).
    • Account Type: POP3.
    • Incoming mail server: mail.surewest.net.
