Suspend globe and mail delivery

To suspend Globe and Mail delivery, you can follow these steps:

Online:

  1. Go to the Globe and Mail website (www.theglobeandmail.com).
  2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Sign in to your account using your email address and password.
  4. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" and then select "Pause Delivery".
  5. Choose the date you want to suspend delivery and confirm your selection.

Phone:

  1. Call the Globe and Mail customer service number at 1-800-387-5765 (toll-free in Canada) or 416-585-5000 (outside Canada).
  2. Let the representative know that you want to suspend your delivery.
  3. Provide your account information and the date you want to suspend delivery.

Mail:

  1. Write a letter to the Globe and Mail at the following address: The Globe and Mail Attention: Customer Service 35 King Street East Toronto, ON M5C 3T9
  2. In the letter, state that you want to suspend your delivery and provide your account information.
  3. Include the date you want to suspend delivery and your signature.

Note: If you have a digital subscription, you can also suspend your delivery by contacting the Globe and Mail customer service team.

Please note that you may need to provide proof of identity and/or account information to confirm your request. Additionally, if you have a promotional or trial subscription, you may not be able to suspend delivery.
