Suspend globe and mail delivery
To suspend Globe and Mail delivery, you can follow these steps:
Online:
- Go to the Globe and Mail website (www.theglobeandmail.com).
- Click on the "My Account" tab at the top right corner of the page.
- Sign in to your account using your email address and password.
- Click on "Manage Subscriptions" and then select "Pause Delivery".
- Choose the date you want to suspend delivery and confirm your selection.
Phone:
- Call the Globe and Mail customer service number at 1-800-387-5765 (toll-free in Canada) or 416-585-5000 (outside Canada).
- Let the representative know that you want to suspend your delivery.
- Provide your account information and the date you want to suspend delivery.
Mail:
- Write a letter to the Globe and Mail at the following address: The Globe and Mail Attention: Customer Service 35 King Street East Toronto, ON M5C 3T9
- In the letter, state that you want to suspend your delivery and provide your account information.
- Include the date you want to suspend delivery and your signature.
Note: If you have a digital subscription, you can also suspend your delivery by contacting the Globe and Mail customer service team.
Please note that you may need to provide proof of identity and/or account information to confirm your request. Additionally, if you have a promotional or trial subscription, you may not be able to suspend delivery.
