The "Sweep" feature in Outlook!

Sweep is a powerful feature in Outlook that allows you to quickly move, delete, or categorize multiple emails at once. Here's how to use it:

To sweep emails:

  1. Open your Outlook inbox and select the first email you want to sweep.
  2. Hold down the Ctrl key and select the other emails you want to sweep. You can also select a range of emails by holding down the Shift key and selecting the first and last emails in the range.
  3. Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Sweep" from the context menu.
  4. In the "Sweep" dialog box, choose what you want to do with the selected emails:
    • "Move to folder": Move the emails to a specified folder.
    • "Delete": Delete the emails.
    • "Categorize": Apply a specific category to the emails.
    • "Mark as read": Mark the emails as read.
  5. Click "Sweep" to apply the action to all selected emails.
