Tips:
- You can also use the "Sweep" feature to move emails from multiple folders at once. Simply select the first email in each folder, hold down the Ctrl key, and select the remaining emails.
- If you want to sweep emails from a specific sender or with a specific subject, you can use the "Sweep" feature with the "Rules" feature. Go to "Home" > "Rules" > "Manage Rules & Alerts" and create a new rule to sweep emails from a specific sender or with a specific subject.
- You can also use third-party add-ins, such as Sanebox or Boomerang, to automate email sweeping and other tasks in Outlook.
