Talkltalk mail

A blast from the past!

TalkTalk is a British telecommunications and internet service provider that was founded in 2003. At its peak, it was one of the largest internet service providers in the UK.

In 2004, TalkTalk launched its "TalkTalk Mail" service, which was a free email service that allowed customers to access their email accounts online. The service was designed to be easy to use and offered a range of features, including spam filtering, virus scanning, and the ability to send and receive attachments.

TalkTalk Mail was popular among consumers and small businesses, and it was seen as a competitive alternative to other email services like Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail. However, in recent years, the service has faced increased competition from other providers, such as Google's Gmail and Microsoft's Outlook.com.

In 2019, TalkTalk announced that it would be discontinuing its TalkTalk Mail service, citing a decline in usage and a shift towards more modern communication methods. The company encouraged its customers to switch to alternative email services, such as Gmail or Outlook.com.

Although TalkTalk Mail is no longer available, the company still offers a range of other telecommunications and internet services, including broadband, phone, and TV packages.
