Talktalk mail settings

To set up your TalkTalk email account, you'll need to configure your email client or mobile device with the following settings:

Incoming Mail Server:

• Server name: mail.talktalk.co.uk
• Port: 995 (SSL/TLS)
• Username: Your TalkTalk email address (e.g., [yourname]@talktalk.co.uk)
• Password: Your TalkTalk email password

Outgoing Mail Server:

• Server name: mail.talktalk.co.uk
• Port: 587 (TLS)
• Username: Your TalkTalk email address (e.g., [yourname]@talktalk.co.uk)
• Password: Your TalkTalk email password

Additional Settings:

• Authentication: Use the same username and password for both incoming and outgoing servers.
• SSL/TLS: Enable SSL/TLS encryption for both incoming and outgoing servers.
• IMAP: If you're using an email client, you may need to enable IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) to access your email account.

Mobile Device Settings:

• For Android devices:
  • Go to Settings > Accounts > Add account > Email
  • Enter your TalkTalk email address and password
  • Select "Manual setup"
  • Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings above
• For iOS devices:
  • Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add account > Other
  • Enter your TalkTalk email address and password
  • Select "IMAP" as the account type
  • Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings above

Webmail Access:

• You can also access your TalkTalk email account through the webmail interface at www.talktalk.co.uk/webmail.
• Log in with your TalkTalk email address and password to access your email account.
