Tc3net email zimbra

A blast from the past!

TC3net was a free email service provided by Texas Christian University (TCU) to its students, faculty, and staff. The service was powered by Zimbra, a popular open-source email and collaboration platform.

Unfortunately, TC3net is no longer available, as TCU has discontinued the service. However, I can provide some information on how to access your old TC3net email account using Zimbra.

Accessing your old TC3net email account using Zimbra:

  1. Check if your account is still active: Before attempting to access your account, check if your account is still active. You can try logging in to your account using your TCU username and password. If you're unable to log in, it's possible that your account has been deactivated or deleted.
  2. Use the Zimbra Web Client: If your account is still active, you can access your email using the Zimbra Web Client. Go to webmail.tcu.edu and log in using your TCU username and password.
  3. Use a third-party email client: You can also access your TC3net email account using a third-party email client like Mozilla Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook. You'll need to set up your account using IMAP or POP3 protocols. Here are the settings:
    • Server: mail.tcu.edu
    • Port: 143 (IMAP) or 110 (POP3)
    • Username: your TCU username
    • Password: your TCU password
  4. Note: Keep in mind that TC3net is no longer supported, and you may encounter issues or limitations when accessing your account. Additionally, your account may be subject to deletion or inactivation at any time.

I hope this information helps you access your old TC3net email account using Zimbra. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to ask!
